The Electrical Training ALLIANCE
The Electrical Training ALLIANCE (previously called NJATC) developed uniform standards that are adopted and used nationwide to select and train thousands of qualified men and women. The NJATC, the IBEW and NECA organizations have hundreds of local programs offering apprenticeships and training in the following areas.
NECA
The National Electrical Contractors Association is the management’s association for electrical contractors. N.E.C.A. represents thousands of employers who guarantee their work and perform quality work on time and on budget. NECA electrical contractors satisfy their customers by doing the job “right the first time.”
NECA – Greater Sacramento Chapter
The Greater Sacramento Chapter’s jurisdiction covers 18 different counties in Northern CA and 14 counties of Nevada. Board members and officers work in a partnering relationship with the skilled electricians of IBEW Local 340 and 401 to promote excellence in the electrical construction industry.
IBEW
The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers is the largest electrical union in the world. The IBEW represents worker’s rights in all areas of the electrical industry. The IBEW is truly a union of “Hearts and Minds.”
